Living at Riserva feels like living in a high end holiday destination.. I utilise the extensive balcony whilst overlooking the sparkling waters of middle harbour. The apartment faces over the tranquil and luscious green rooftop garden whilst the gentle easterly morning sun rises and sets in the afternoon to the west. The apartment’s detailing and finishes are of a high end quality with state off the art integrated security systems. The location is well connected to the shops and the transport corridor to all parts of Sydney. Its a short walk to Tunks park and all the wonderful nature reserves”

We are extremely pleased to have acquired our apartment in Reserva. All our friends and family adore the fine details and quality of the finishes of our apartment, not to mention love the urban and water views.  The Miele appliances are delightful plus the Vintec wine fridge is such a handy feature too. My husband is in the construction industry and knows the difficulties nowadays associated with building apartments (especially during Covid) so appreciates what has been achieved at Riserva. We are quite happy with the end product and love the close knit community at Riserva.

We are thrilled to have moved into our new 3-bedroom apartment at Riserva in Cammeray. The quality finishes throughout the apartment are exceptional, making it feel both luxurious and welcoming. The location is truly wonderful—conveniently close to schools, shops, and cafes, yet it maintains a serene atmosphere that feels almost like living in a remote retreat. One of my favorite features is our beautifully appointed kitchen, where our family spends hours every day. My dream of having an open island bench has come to life, and it has quickly become the heart of our home.
